Return Policy

At Synco, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how you can request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Synco Sports ensures that the product ordered meets the highest quality parameters, and hence we keep a strict returns and replacement policy, which are placed into effect if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect
  • The product has taken more than 14 days to ship

Please note- We are a diverse company that plays fairly, and if we believe that you have received a poor customer experience, we will be happy to process your return


2. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size/fit issues for eligible products, subject to availability.


3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or monogrammed items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Items used or damaged post-delivery

 4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Return Shipping

  • We offer free returns on damaged or incorrect items.

6. Process

To initiate a return/ exchange:

·         Email us on info@syncoshop.com along with your order ID, reason for return/ exchange and the product’s images

Please note- Product must be in unused condition, along with the original packaging. Any signs of being worn, including scratch marks, stains, and scuffed soles, will not be eligible for exchange. All our products are checked for damages and other defects prior to dispatch, but should you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by either mailing at info@syncoshop.com or calling at +91-.
