1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India and select international countries
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic Orders: 5-10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
- Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or courier issues
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Flat rate or actual cost below that threshold
- For courier charges on international orders, please get in touch with us
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
5. Damaged/Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery attempt with evidence for a quick resolution.
